How files and personal information are handled
What to send, what to leave out, and who can see a file after it is stored.
The public forms are not a place for secrets
The contact form and the enquiry form ask for a name, an email address, and a description of the question or the work. They are not a place for a password, a one-time code, a full payment card number, or the login to a bank, an advertising account, or a private workspace. If a later task needs a file, agree with the administrator how that file will be shared. Do not paste a private login into the message because the form looked convenient.
A business enquiry is visible to the administrator. It is not visible to workers and it is not published on the site. A contact message is stored the same way. If email delivery is not configured, the message is still kept for the administrator to read.
Worker files stay with the submission
When a worker submits a task, they can attach up to four files. Each file can be up to 600 KB. The accepted types are JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, PDF, plain text, CSV, Word, and Excel. The site checks the file type from the contents, not only from the name. An image is shown on the submission. Other files are links.
The worker who sent the file and an administrator can open it. Another worker cannot. The file is not placed on a public page. A submission that includes a screenshot should show the work the instructions asked for. It should not include a password, a payment card, or a private message that the task did not require.
Accounts and payment details
A worker password is stored only as a hash. Payment details that a worker chooses to save are encrypted, and an administrator sees a masked identifier, such as the last digits. The payment form does not ask for a bank password, a PIN, or a provider login. Those values should never be typed into Earn.net.
Workers see their own profile, tasks, submissions, earnings, and payment methods. They do not see another worker's records. If someone joins through an invite link, the person who invited them can see the friend's name and how many approved tasks are complete. They cannot see the friend's email, password, or payment details.
Asking for a copy or deletion
A privacy request can be sent from the contact form, from the worker settings, or by email to waristaiwo.writer@gmail.com. An administrator completes a deletion and records it. Financial records may be kept in anonymised form where accounting needs them. The privacy notice on this site describes the Earn.net website you are visiting. It is not legal advice, and it names the advertising cookies that may be used on public reading pages.
The country of a connection is used only to choose whether amounts are shown in naira or in US dollars. The recorded reward stays in the currency set on the task or the invite. Showing a converted figure does not change what an administrator would later record as paid.
