Catalogue operations

Product Data Verification

Check product fields against reference information and flag gaps or inconsistencies.

Workers compare product names, prices, descriptions, attributes, and other fields with reference information supplied by the client. They flag missing values and inconsistencies. They do not invent product facts that are not in the supplied material.

Who this is for

This service is for a business that already has product records and a reference to check them against. The reference might be a supplier sheet, a previous catalogue export, or a field list you trust. Workers compare the supplied fields and flag gaps. They do not look up a product on the open web and fill in facts you did not provide.

What to include when you ask for a quote

Send the field list, the reference file or a description of it, and the rule for a mismatch. Say whether a different currency, unit, or language should be flagged or converted. If a blank description is acceptable for some product types, list those types. A short sample of ten to twenty rows is enough for a first quote.

What this service does not do

The result is a marked copy or an exception list, not a new catalogue and not a promise that every price in a market is correct. Workers do not invent specifications that are missing from both files.

Examples of a brief

What happens after you enquire

The enquiry form saves your business name, contact details, the selected service, and your description. An administrator reads that record and can add a quotation, the agreed scope, and a follow-up date. Nothing on this page is a price or a delivery promise.

Agreed work can later be published as a task. Workers do not see your enquiry. They see a task only when it is published and they are eligible to accept it. Unlawful, exploitative, or unsafe work is refused. For the steps in more detail, read how Earn.net works and how to prepare a task brief.

This page does not state a price or a delivery time. Use the enquiry form to request a quote.
