Data operations
Data Entry and Digitisation
Transfer information from approved documents and sources into structured records.
Workers type information from documents, forms, images, or other sources the client is allowed to share. The output is a spreadsheet or structured record. Illegible values are flagged rather than guessed.
Who this is for
Use this when information on paper, in scans, or in another source needs to be typed into a structured record. Workers enter what they can read. Where a character is unclear, they flag it instead of guessing a name, amount, or date.
What to include when you ask for a quote
Say how many pages or forms are in the batch, the language, and the column names for the output. If a form has optional boxes, include a picture or description of the form. Confirm that you have the right to share the documents for this work.
What this service does not do
The service does not reconstruct missing pages or certify that a scan is an official record. Handwriting that cannot be read is reported, not invented.
Examples of a brief
- Enter paper form responses into a sheet
- Copy invoice fields into named columns
- Mark scans that cannot be read confidently
What happens after you enquire
The enquiry form saves your business name, contact details, the selected service, and your description. An administrator reads that record and can add a quotation, the agreed scope, and a follow-up date. Nothing on this page is a price or a delivery promise.
Agreed work can later be published as a task. Workers do not see your enquiry. They see a task only when it is published and they are eligible to accept it. Unlawful, exploitative, or unsafe work is refused. For the steps in more detail, read how Earn.net works and how to prepare a task brief.
This page does not state a price or a delivery time. Use the enquiry form to request a quote.
