Spreadsheet Cleanup

Standardise formatting, field names, data types, and inconsistent entries.

Workers tidy a spreadsheet so field names, formats, and data types follow the client's specification. They identify potential duplicates and leave a note of what they changed. They do not delete source data silently.

Who this is for

This is for a sheet whose headers, dates, prices, or text values are inconsistent. Workers standardise the sheet to a specification you provide and note what they changed. They do not delete the original rows without a rule that says how deletions are recorded.

What to include when you ask for a quote

Describe the agreed headers, the date format, the decimal separator, and which columns are required. If likely duplicates should be highlighted rather than removed, say that. Tell us whether the original file must be preserved beside the cleaned copy.

What this service does not do

Cleanup is formatting and consistency. It is not an audit opinion, a financial statement, or a decision to merge customer accounts.

Examples of a brief

What happens after you enquire

The enquiry form saves your business name, contact details, the selected service, and your description. An administrator reads that record and can add a quotation, the agreed scope, and a follow-up date. Nothing on this page is a price or a delivery promise.

Agreed work can later be published as a task. Workers do not see your enquiry. They see a task only when it is published and they are eligible to accept it. Unlawful, exploitative, or unsafe work is refused. For the steps in more detail, read how Earn.net works and how to prepare a task brief.

This page does not state a price or a delivery time. Use the enquiry form to request a quote.
